Enterprise Holdings Senior Digital Architect in St. Louis, Missouri
The Senior Digital Architect provides end-to-end technology expertise and business process support for web and mobile products, digital marketing channels, data collection tools, and platform ecosystems. This role serves as a subject-matter expert within the Marketing Technology team and Digital and Marketing departments, as well as across the organization overall. This expertise is exhibited through the application of an extensive knowledge of digital systems, software and tools, technology integrations, data structures, and marketing best practices; as well as by serving as a consultant to cross-functional teams. The Senior Digital Architect is expected to play a role in defining, driving and implementing digital platform technologies, architecture, processes, governance, and delivery mechanisms to enable digital product (web, app, etc.) and digital marketing channel (search, display, email, social, etc.) strategic objectives.The Senior Digital Architect will capture, develop, and evolve business and functional requirements across multiple digital platforms and channels, with a responsibility for internal user enablement, technology system performance, application of best practices, and implementation of governance and reporting.

This position is based out of our worldwide headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
Provide advanced-level strategy, guidance and consultation on digital technologies, architectures and functional practices, such as:
Data-driven digital marketing enablement
Data and content modeling, authoring, governance and distribution
Customer data management platforms
Product data management systems
Content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, digital asset management, translation connectors)
Marketing analytics systems (e.g. Adobe, Google, Localytics, Lytics)
Architect and design complex technical solutions and business processes that can be deployed globally.
Inform and contribute to the definition of integration strategies for provider solutions comprising internal systems.
Develop and ensure adoption of system-wide architecture and technology blueprints, requirements and best practices.
Contribute to the analysis of new or existing technology solutions and vendors.
Consult on and/or lead the technical aspects of service provider relationships, SLAs, contracts, and day-to-day operations.
Develop, implement and/or inform appropriate digital governance processes and tools to enable proactive monitoring and control over core functions such as customer data collection activities, performance metrics, legal compliance, content and data authoring, and digital marketing campaign activities.
Provide advanced-level support for digital marketers and content authors by developing global content and data management capabilities, tools, components, UIs and workflows.
Develop, socialize and ensure adoption of best practices, core requirements and technology strategy to all teams.
Design and conduct regular audits to measure and ensure operational effectiveness.
Deliver roadmap/project reports and routine status updates to project teams, management and stakeholders.
Help evolve and evangelize the Marketing Technology practice; as well as Digital Product, Marketing and IT leadership through education, advocacy and technology/project leadership.
Collaborate with marketing and technical delivery channels to develop a hybrid-matrix delivery channel, enabling strategic digital initiatives.
Apply an evergreen, advanced-level knowledge of marketing technologies and practices to inform technical strategies and software, guide development projects, and advise others in the effective and efficient use the tools.
Serve as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and technical providers (IT, software vendors, digital agencies).
Serve as subject matter expert within designated areas of technical expertise to all internal and external stakeholder and project teams, articulating benefits, opportunities, risks and costs.
Be a resource and a value-added contributor to the team, department and EHI in all matters concerning marketing technologies and processes.

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Marketing, or other applicable field (or equivalent combination of education and/or experience) required
Five years Digital marketing architecture and systems experience (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Omni-channel, eCommerce, Content Management, Analytics, Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management) required
Three years Agile development experience and/or deep knowledge of Agile processes; prior software SDLC experience highly desirable including waterfall, RUP, XP, etc. required
Three years Experience with managing and/or being a high-value contributor on complex projects (including guiding and collaborating with cross-functional project teams, internal customers, external agencies and vendors) required
Must be authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
