Overview
The Senior Marketing Analyst (Digital) leverages data and advanced analytics to design and deliver analyses and reports that respond to specific business needs. These detailed analyses and insights will be provided to different business teams within the Marketing department. The Senior Analyst is expected to exhibit leadership within the team such as training and mentoring in addition to taking a central role in performing research and providing end-to-end analysis and recommendations from discovery to delivery. This position plays a key role in generating recommendations for initiatives that are critical to the formulation and achievement of digital marketing objectives and strategies.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule available. For candidates outside of the St. Louis area, remote work may be considered.
Responsibilities
Analysis
Lead in the development, in collaboration with Marketing and the business, of detailed analyses to answer specific business questions and needs by leveraging appropriate analysis techniques
Use analytical skills and knowledge combined with internal and/or external data sources to yield actionable findings and develop specific recommendations and insights for the business. Present findings and recommendations to various levels of management
Partner with internal and external resources to execute digital analytics projects including the development and maintenance of customer journey analyses, performance optimization, and behavioral studies, among others
Work closely with business users to design, develop, and maintain ad-hoc reports and analyses that track and measure specific marketing projects such as customer journey enhancements, specific Marketing campaigns, and digital product initiatives.
Leadership and Mentoring
Lead the Digital Analytics track. Take all necessary steps to become an expert in one or more of the following digital areas: Daily Rental, Car Sales, other lines of business, etc.
Serve as mentor and coach for Marketing Analytics Analysts assisting them with projects, data mining, analysis, and understanding of business strategies, goals, and initiatives
Research
Initiate and perform exploratory research to provide new and better understanding of our business units and the relationship between them
Present and discuss findings with team to study relevance and applicability to different business units
Knowledge and Insights
Provide end to end analysis using advanced digital analytics skills with available tools and databases (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Teradata, etc…) to extract more intelligence from the data and provide better insights and recommendations
Demonstrate mastery of the source, content and definitions of the transaction and consumer databases in order to mine these sources effectively and efficiently
Provide a solid understanding of Enterprise Holdings' strategies, goals, and inner workings for all business units in order to develop insightful and actionable recommendations
Provide expertise and support for analytics tagging strategies/methodologies and review data flow to ensure accurate data capture

Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Five (5+) years or more of applied analytics experience
Five (5+) years or more of digital analytics experience, including tools, technologies and best practices
Three (3+) years or more of experience preparing and giving presentations
Two (2+) years or more of experience with data visualization and story-telling
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Preferred:
Experience with digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with statistical analyses
