The auditor will evaluate audit results, recommend value-adding changes, prepare audit reports, and follow-up as necessary to mitigate risk in the organization. Additionally, the Internal Auditor will assist the department in partnering across the global organization to provide real-time assurance to Senior Leadership. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO and offers a highly flexible hybrid (virtual and in-office) schedule. Responsibilities
Plan and execute risk-based audit engagements of Company functions and departments
Measure the compliance of operational processes against Company operating policies and identify potential risks
Communicate audit results to Management and recommend potential solutions or best practices
Assist department leadership in providing real-time assurance across various functional areas of the business
Evaluate interim and year-end financial statements and test internal financial controls
Develop and issue preliminary and final audit reports
Conduct follow up audits and monitor Management action plans as necessary

Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred
Minimum two (2) years of previous audit or relevant work experience required (public audit experience preferred)
Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products required
Ability to travel approximately 10-15%. Very limited to no travel in August/September due to Year End Review
Valid Driver's License with no alcohol or drug related event within the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
- CPA/CMA/CIA or commitment to obtaining is strongly preferred
