Enterprise Holdings Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist - Marketing - Remote in St. Louis, Missouri

Overview

The Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist will act as the subject matter expert and resource for multiple internal departments and external partners. They will be responsible for the design and execution of direct marketing initiatives (primarily email) to support business strategies and objectives across multiple brands and will serve as the liaison with management to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions. This position plays a key role in managing new and existing programs, analyzing performance and making recommendations to increase customer lifetime value.

This position reports into our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. For St. Louis based candidates, this is a hybrid position. For candidates outside of St. Louis, remote work is available.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day to day management and execution of direct marketing initiatives across multiple brands

  • Partner with internal Sales organization, Marketing Activation and/or other internal teams and external agency partners to design direct marketing communications

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for continual improvement of direct marketing to targeted customer sets

  • Manage marketing workflows and coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure that direct marketing campaigns meet deadlines and corporate standards/requirements

  • Proactively monitor marketing metrics (e.g. open rates/click-through/deliverability/etc.) and provide analysis of direct marketing campaigns, making recommendations for enhancing effectiveness.

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Provide insight and recommendations on new technology as it relates to direct marketing

  • Maintain current knowledge of direct marketing best practices as well as CAN-SPAM laws to meet all compliance requirements

  • Manage third party agency partners

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field

  • Five (5+) years of direct, online or database marketing experience, preferably in email marketing, in an agency setting or marketing department

  • Experience in management of third-party vendors

  • Experience using data to develop actionable insights

  • Experience analyzing key marketing metrics

  • Experience working with various levels of management

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
