Enterprise Holdings Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator in St. Louis, Missouri
Overview
Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator (VAC). The Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator tracks the acquisition status and movement of each vehicle and coordinates logistics with dealers, aftermarket providers, transport vendors and various Enterprise Fleet Management teams to ensure complete satisfaction for our Groups and Clients in all aspects of the vehicle acquisition process. This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
Minimum starting pay is $39,900-$45,000 depending upon relevant experience
The potential to earn an additional $3,744 per year through a 12 course certification program

This office is located at: 9315 Olive Blvd. in St. Louis, MO 63132. Currently, this position will train and work from home as a safety precaution due to COVID -19. When it has been determined that office work is safe to return to, this position will remain flexible and offer opportunities for on-site and work from home options.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and direct the readiness of vehicle for delivery including pre-delivery inspection, timely installation of aftermarket equipment and transportation/logistics
Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors
Monitor and analyze the stages of the vehicle life cycle, taking proactive measures to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to our clients
Negotiate costs and timing with dealers and vendors
Identify and resolve vehicle exceptions including production and shipping delays, canceled orders, damaged vehicles and mis-shipped vehicles
Facilitate temp tags, title and registration, and sales/use tax refunds through dealers
Partner with Fleet Strategy Managers and remarketing team to update and track vehicles turned in to be sold
Market and sell unclaimed vehicles to dealers

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications include:
4 years logistics, supply chain, or customer support experience
Available Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week
Basic PC skills; including Excel, Word, Outlook
Willing to accept a salary of $39,900-$45,000 annually
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization by our company for this position now or in the future
