Enterprise Holdings Vehicle Acquisition Representative - Aftermarket Team in St. Louis, Missouri

Overview

Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Administration Representative. This position will provide administrative support for the teams coordinating aftermarket equipment (AME) for our vehicles. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties that may include requesting, collecting and processing documents and electronic files needed to prepare and submit for initial vehicle registration. This person will work closely with vendor partners to perform various AME status follow up duties via telephone, mail, web sites, and e-mail to ensure efficient AME coordination as well.

NVA is the main vehicle acquisition and administration source for our teams in the field. The "NVA Model" is a dynamic and efficient structure that's focus is to develop partnerships with the Enterprise Fleet Management Groups and ultimately improve the efficiency of the overall vehicle acquisition and administration process.

  • Minimum starting pay is $32,000-$37,000 depending upon relevant experience

This position will be work from home with the occassional need to meet in the office located at 9315 Olive Blvd. in St. Louis, MO 63132

Responsibilities

  • Request, gather, review and process documents required for warranty activation and payment

  • Understand initial registration requirements for multiple states in order to accurately compile and prepare all required documents for initial registration and license plate submission

  • Deliver a consistent high level of customer service to internal and external customers while developing and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Run department reporting and take action based on results to ensure accuracy

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AME vendors

  • Follow up with aftermarket equipment vendors when vehicles hit shipped status to notify them of vehicles arriving at their facility

  • Update status in EDGE for aftermarket equipment based on spreadsheets received from vendors

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Minimum two years administrative experience in an office environment

  • Minimum one year customer service experience

  • Available Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week

  • Basic PC skills; including Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Willing to accept a salary of $32,000-$37,000 annually

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Must live within 1 hour of 9315 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Must have a permanent residence in Missouri or Illinois.

  • Have permanent residence with defined working space (home office, spare bedroom, etc.) that is clean, ventilated and quiet

  • Working space with working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit
