Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President – Global Brand Strategy.

Enterprise Holdings is a global leader in mobility with large portfolio of brands, products and services across 100+ countries that is on the cusp of transformation to write the next chapter in a history of industry leadership and amazing growth. As part of this journey we are seeking an experienced leader who has guided large companies and brand portfolios through an evolution by partnering with business stakeholders with a data-led approach. The Global Brand Strategy team is being reimagined to oversee and evolve the brand strategy, purpose, segmentation, insights, loyalty, brand design and content. This role will have four direct reports and manage a growing team of 15+ marketers and several global agencies.

The Vice President of Global Brand Strategy will be responsible the Company’s global brand portfolio strategy and governance, which will include proactively bringing actionable insights on potential market opportunities to inform business strategies, effectively communicate our brand purpose, audiences and guidelines, and drive both new customer acquisition and retention. We are seeking a visionary Marketing leader to build out the team and strategy and to execute against that vision. As part of the Marketing leadership team, the person in this position will work to create synergies and effective partnerships with counterparts from North America, EU and Global B2B Marketing, Digital, e-Commerce, CX, Marketing Administration, Operations and Corporate Communications.

This leader must have a strong sense of vision and the ability to lead and inspire all levels of employees throughout an organization. They will have a proven track record of thought leadership, building great teams and inspiring teams and partners to achieve exceptional performance. The successful candidate will have proven success in launching, growing and/or repositioning global brand portfolios in support of evolving business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and evaluate global business, consumer and market landscapes to develop 3-5 year brand strategies.

  • Develop and maintain global brand strategy including brand framework, segments, identity and content.

  • Act as global steward of brands and in partnership with Marketing leadership provide global brand governance.

  • Partner with cross-functional partners to integrate brand strategy throughout customer and employee journey.

  • Proactively identify changing consumer or business opportunities assessing potential adjustments to the strategy.

  • Oversee global content and brand design for websites, email, stores and more.

  • Lead the company through industry leading loyalty club transformation.

  • Deploy, monitor, analyze and interpret research relating to: competitive activities; marketplace conditions and trends; white space opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Marketing Leader 10+ years of Global Marketing experience

  • Five or more years’ experience leading a large team required

  • Experience with and/or responsibility with developing global segments that are actionable against media and advertising

  • Demonstrated loyalty program transformation to increase retention and customer acquisition

  • Experience in developing brand architecture, guidelines and brand identity across a portfolio of brands, products or services

  • Experience with launching/growing and/or repositioning a portfolio of brands globally

  • Successful track record in leading a large group across insights, loyalty brand design and content

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong business partnerships with Senior Leadership

  • Travel, transportation or hospitality space experience preferred
