Enterprise Holdings is looking for an innovative marketing leader to help continue our digital transformation and support our business goals. As Vice President of Digital Marketing, this person will be a part of the global Marketing leadership team and reports directly to the head of global marketing while working closely with the C-suite.

The VP will lead 6+ direct reports and a team of 50+ focusing on global efforts for both digital acquisition and eCommerce. Disciplines include Digital Media Planning and Buying, Search Marketing, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Digital Product Management, Marketing Technology and Testing/Optimization. The ideal candidate will have expertise across digital marketing disciplines, have the ability to develop strategy and lead a large team of talented marketing professionals.

The VP will be a part of the Marketing Leadership team and will collaborate with other leaders and marketing counterparts from Brand, Creative and Media to identify new customer programs, business opportunities, and strategic relationships that will result in growth for the company.

This position is based out of our worldwide headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

  • Serve as digital thought leader, setting the example for successful digital acquisition and eCommerce properties

  • Establish an effective omni channel approach to marketing that includes each marketing channel and partnership with the Brand and Digital Property teams

  • Lead strategies for performance-based media including search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization for all Enterprise Holdings brands and business lines

  • Partner and coordinate with business unit leadership, Marketing, IT and internal and external partners to define product strategy and features based on customer requirements, business requirements and the long-term strategy of the brands and lines of business to ensure optimal growth

  • Oversee management of the digital media strategy through planning, agency management, implementation and measurement

  • Ensure the delivery of reliable, relevant information and actionable insights that will help build strong brands and drive profitable growth

  • Lead and supervise the translation of business and brand marketing strategies for all EH brands into cohesive and comprehensive digital offerings

  • Ensure the Product Ownership, Management and Optimization teams understand business and marketing strategies, goals and ROI measurements for Alamo, National and Enterprise and other EH business units

  • Ensure the establishment key performance indicators for evaluating product health and growth for all digital products

  • Ensure the Product team leads and recommends product enhancements to address unmet customer needs or improve competitive advantage

  • Understand technology design and architecture, user-centric design, Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies to ensure delivery of well aligned, high value solutions

  • Hire, develop and engage a team of marketing professionals; creating a results-oriented and collaborative culture

  • Evaluate, select and manage multiple outside agency relationships

  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships that promote collaboration to achieve business objectives

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Marketing leader for a large organization with minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience with an emphasis on performance marketing and eCommerce product management

  • Global digital marketing experience would be considered a plus

  • Five or more years of experience managing a large team, required

  • Experience developing and executing a digital marketing approach with proven results to maximize ROI, required

  • Experience in development and optimization of consumer direct eCommerce digital properties with proven results in driving conversion is preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of marketing technology that supports omni channel marketing efforts

  • In depth experience analyzing and reviewing large data sets to deliver cost-effective digital solutions

  • Prior experience with strategic planning and project management
