Enterprise Holdings Accounting Coordinator-Credit Card Accounting in Tulsa, Oklahoma
As a Credit Card Accounting Coordinator your main role will be applying of incoming payments, processing rental adjustments and manual credit card payments, and setting up chargeback receivables. Accounting coordinators will also help with department administration duties and other special projects as needed.
This position will be working in Tulsa, OK with a flexible work arrangement combining home and in-office for training. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with flexible start and end times for an 8 hour workday that cover the core hours of 9:00am-3:00pm.

Record and apply Velocity online payments in PeopleSoft
Record and apply Checks and Manual CC payments
Process Rental Adjustments received via the RAF
Log payment details in Odyssey and Peoplesoft
Process financial adjustments in Peoplesoft
Process Manual Credit Card transactions through Odyssey
Activate/deactivate “Do Not Rent” requests
Review incoming invoices for current balances before being mailed out
Utilize PeopleSoft Financials to verify balances owed
Review reservations, rentals and credit card authorizations and charges in Odyssey to determine validity and /or discrepancies of rental charges and or adjustments
Maintain clear and concise notes in Odyssey as well as in People Soft.
Assist Senior and Accountants with RAF inquiries as well as other special projects
Download and reconcile daily chargeback and reversal reporting from all bankcard websites.
Communicate with credit card accounting staff on a daily basis.
Upload daily chargeback’s and reversals in Peoplesoft Accounts Receivable.
Prepare daily chargeback and reversal summary for Supervisor and Manager.
Note and flag Odyssey with chargeback and reversal information.
Review and resolve credit card rejected transactions with station accounting personnel.
Contact bankcard contacts on chargeback, reversal and reject discrepancies.
Cross train and assist with new hire training as needed.
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting

High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years’ experience in an accounting environment
Two years of administrative, clerical or office work experience that included daily use of computer software programs and/or internet use preferred
Basic working knowledge of Excel
Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week
Must be willing to accept starting pay of $17.88/hour.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Knowledge of Odyssey rental system preferred.
Knowledge of People Soft AR preferred.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with ability to set priorities to ensure optimum efficiency meeting deadlines and goals.
Ability to communicate effectively across organization with all levels of customers internal and external; verbal and written.
Detailed oriented with the ability to deliver accurate results and the ability to set priorities.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet time frames required.
Independent decision making skills, organization and analytical skills required.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to research, determine and negotiate a settlement amount
