This is a challenging and interesting role covering a wide range of duties and responsibilities. You will be based at our offices in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire where you will receive both in-house and external training. Throughout your training you will be expected to support our customers in the use of our award-winning bodyshop management software.
Following on from your training and support duties you will progress to become a member of our installation team.
Our installation procedure has been tailored to give our customers a smooth transition of systems causing minimal disruption to their business. To enable the smooth transaction all our installations are typically carried out over a weekend, with the installation team remaining on-site with the customer for training and handholding for most of the following week. As part of an installation team you could be away from the office for up to 2 weeks per month, on average 10 weeks per year.
When back in the office you will revert to customer support work, quality assurance testing of new software releases and completing installation tasks assigned to you by the Installation Team Leaders.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing telephone product support
Updating our internal systems
Training customers in the use of our software
Reporting product faults / feature requests to the development team
QA testing of software
Preparing equipment for future installations
Collecting and transferring customer’s data into new systems
Carrying out software and hardware installations as directed by the Installation Team Leaders
